Project vision
WeQuote is a cloud-based SAAS for AV and mechanical installers. The platform's primary goal is to facilitate faster, more accurate quoting by providing customers with automatic daily price updates on the parts they are quoting.
The target audience of the web platform is tradespeople, electricians and systems integrators.
Challenges, KPIs & Takeaways
1) Improve usability across the platform and implement interactive, responsive quotes
Positive feedback from usability studies and a reduction in support requests. Improvements to responsive views for smaller screens and the addition of an interactive, responsive quote for end-users resulting in increased conversions
2) Implement features that continue to provide a seamless experience for quoting
Widely received well by users, reviews and word of mouth
3) Raise the importance of accessibility within the platform
Font size and colour updates to increase the contrast, catering for visual impairments
4) Help educate users about optimal ways to use the platform
A reduction in support requests pertaining to articles in the knowledgebase, mind map and videos
